Another quiet week, but as I know it’s going to be a pretty busy one coming up what with our trip to Edinburgh tomorrow, I’ve been using the most of my spare time blogging and eBaying. Anyhu, here’s what I’ve been up to over the past 7 days!
London in the sun
It’s been a while since I’ve ventured into central London, but I chose a good day to walk from Waterloo to Leicester square as I got to see one of my favourite views of London from Golden Jubilee Bridge. I sure do love this city.
Bat Outta Hell
For Christmas, I bought tickets to see Bat outta Hell for my Mum. The night finally came on Friday. She loved it, I wasn’t so taken, though I have fallen madly in love with the lead character, Strat.
My bestie Jess came down for a visit over the weekend, so James and I took her to the Horniman Museum. It was my 1st ever time here and I loved it! The museum is great and there are some fab views of the city from the gardens too!
Street art hunting
I had some free time in Shoreditch last night so went on a mini colour walk of my own. There is always new street art popping up around the area.
Soft Serve Society
I met Nuraan for dinner last night, I say dinner, but really it was just dessert. We had a massive freakshake each at Soft Serve Society. Nuraan went for the Matcha which looked insane, whereas I had the chocolate which wasn’t as colourful but still just as crazy, topped with a brownie, a cookie, an Oreo, lots of cream AND a roasted marshmallow. Crazier yet, I finished every last bit and didn’t even feel full! Can’t wait to go back and try one of their ice cream concoctions.
Check out last week’s post.
