Strangers On A Train

So, a while back, I managed to bag 2 invites from Elle to celebrate 50 years of Kurt Geiger and to also launch their new B-Series Collection. I already had a theatre date arranged with Kev, so we decided to check out the party before hand. Here’s what I wore.

Both the dress and cardigan are goodies I got from a SwapAholicsUK clothing swap. Lucky for you London lot, there’s another one happening this very Saturday!!Ā The dress is originally from Matalan and the cardi from Monsoon, though I think it’s slightly shrunk in the wash but I can just about still squeeze into it.

At the Elle X Kurt Geiger night, we were welcomed to champagne and home made giant retro biscuits (custard creme anyone?). There was also a marvellous 25% off for everyone, so me and Kev did some shopping!

I bought some lovely loafers which you’ll probably get to see in my next post!

After we were happy with our purchases and a belly full of champers, we headed to the theatre to see Strangers On A Train. The film version by Hitchcock features one of my favourite actors Farley Granger. Though we were told the play is based more on the book, which I am yet to read.

Hope everyone is getting back into their routines after the holidays! Thanks for reading šŸ™‚
