Today’s outfit post is throwing some serious 70’s vibes!
This patterned top is the 4th, and final item from my Apricot sale order. It usually retails at £24 but in the sale it’s just £10. The colours and pattern are so very 70s. As soon as I spotted it on the site, I knew instantly what I would wear it with. These orange corduroy short dungarees are so soft and comfy, and I love finding new items to layer them with. Also they’re currently in the sale for £24!!
I love patterned pieces of clothing that feature lots of different colours as it gives you a wider range of other items you can mix and match it with. For this outfit I’ve gone with the orange and brown as my colours to match. The top is made from a soft, thin and stretchy material. It falls a little shorter than most tops, not quite short enough to be a crop top, but it works well with high waisted bottoms. It also has a cute backward collar detail and lovely loose 3/4 length sleeves. It’ll be a piece which is sure to get plenty of wear from me. So keep your eye on the blog!
* I was sent this dress for free through Type the Hype, but rest assured, all words and opinions are my own 🙂
